Built around an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 4 Mbyte L2 and an 800 MHz FSB plus the Intel GM965 chipset, the ETXexpress-MC COM board offers a significant performance increase over other computer-on-module devices. It also features the X3100 graphics accelerator to meet the need for advanced video capabilities.
The card supports up to 4 Gbytes of dual-channel memory via two DDR2 SO-DIMM sockets and uses an 8.4 to 18 V supply. It follows the COM Express Type 2 pinout and has five PCI Express x1 lanes, three Serial—ATA ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, and a Gigabit Ethernet port.
