The FXLH1T45 is said to be the industry’s only single-bit bidirectional voltage translator with guaranteed operation from 1.1 to 3.6 V. It comes in a 1.0 x 1.45-mm 6-pin MicroPak package, using 65% less board space than a SC70.
Bus-hold on its outputs eliminates the need for external pull-up/pull-down resistors, and the chip’s inputs have 4-kV HBM ESD protection.
