LDOs have 9-μV rms noise performance

The AS1358/59/61/62 family of LDO regulators delivers a noise performance of <9 µV rms and a PSRR up to 92 dB at 1 kHz. The LDOs operate from a 2 to 5.5-V supply, and are suitable for dual- or triple-standard-cell applications. They have a typical dropout voltage of 70 mV at 150 mA or 140 mV at 300 mA.

The ICs are appropriate for RF, cellphone cameras, wireless base stations, and PA bias supplies. They have preprogrammed output voltages from 1.4 to 4.5 V with an output voltage accuracy of 1% at 300 mA. The AS1361/62 feature a power-ok output. They also have a digitally enabled pin with a turn-on time of 300 μs that allows system-level dynamic power management.
