Vishay SPDT analog switches offer low on-resistance

Source: | Publishing Date:2008-01-16

The DG469 and DG470 high-voltage, single- and dual-supply SPDT analog switches offer a 3.6-Ω on-resistance and 0.4-Ω flatness. Both devices are identical, except the DG470 provides an enable pin, which puts all of the switches in a high-impedance state, maintaining a “safe state” at power up and preventing accidental signal or power shorts.

The parts feature 120 mA of continuous current, 44-V max supply voltage rating, 66-μW power dissipation, and 57-dB isolation at 1 MHz. They are fully specified to operate with dual supplies at ±5 and ±15 V or a 12-V single supply, and offer an up to ±15-V analog signal range on the outputs and inputs. They also feature fast typical switching speeds of 129 ns (turn on) and 80 ns (turn off).
