	Overview

Added to our product lineup are 18 types of the "IGBT module NX series" mounted with CSTBT™ with the mounting dimensions having been concentrated into 1 type from the conventional 5 types as a 600V/1200V high voltage power semiconductor module to be used for driving the inverter of general industrial devices.

	Features

		It is possible to reduce the initial cost when developing a custom product. 35/50/75A-1200V CIB, which could not be met by conventional design, was realized.

		The 600V high voltage series was made to have an LPT (Light Punch Through) structure, which the 1200V high voltage series has, instead of the conventional PT (Punch Through) structure.

		Rated current 600V high voltage: 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 600A 1200V high voltage: 35, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 450, 600A

		Saturation voltage between collector & emitter 1.7V (600V, 125oC, standard value) 2.2V (1200V, 125oC, standard value)

		Dielectric voltage: 2500V (AC 60Hz, 1 minute)

		Mounting surface (copper base plate) dimensions: 122 x 62 (projection area including screws and pins differs from one model to another)

Motor control units such as the inverter for general use, servo amplifier, etc.
