何谓霍尔IC?
利用半导体制作的磁性传感器品种繁多,其中极具代表性的产品为霍尔元件。霍尔元件是应用了被称为 “霍尔效应(Hall Effect)”的电流磁气效应的传感器。 由于霍尔元件从元件本身获得的电压非常小,因此一般情况下需要配置运算放大器等的放大电路。霍尔IC是将霍尔元件与运算放大器组为一体的产品,因此可削减外接部件数,易于进行电路设计。

(1)磁电式车速传感器--模拟交流信号发生器, 产生交变电流信号,通常由带两个接线柱的磁芯及线圈组成。磁组轮上的逐个齿轮将产生一一对应的系列脉冲,其形状是一样的。输出信号的振幅与磁组轮的转速成正比(车速),信号的频率大小表现于磁组轮的转速大小。发动机控制电脑或点火模块正是靠这个同步脉冲信号来确定触发电火时间或燃油喷射时刻的。
