How to check if the current sensor is good?

Description
The present invention relates to the field of current sensor technologies, and in particular, to a device and method for detecting a current sensor.
Background of the invention
At present, the method of detecting whether the current sensor is good or not is mainly realized by detecting whether the Hall chip embedded in the gap of the current sensor core is bent. First, the operating current sensor is supplied with a working voltage of +/-15V. Secondly, a magnetic screwdriver is used to adjust the potentiometer in the current sensor (for example, a potentiometer with a resistance value of 200k ohms) to see if the multimeter reads positive or negative. If the output value is not within the range of ±20mv, adjust it to within ±20mv. Then insert a magnetic screwdriver into the air gap of the core, that is, on both sides of the Hall chip, so that the Hall chip senses the magnetic field of the magnetic screwdriver. At this time, check if the value on the multimeter is within ±10mv. When the current sensor is in static operation, use a magnetic screwdriver as a magnet to add a magnetic field to the Hall chip in the current sensor. If the multimeter reading exceeds ±10mv, indicating that the Hall chip in the current sensor is bent, the current sensor can be judged to be defective; if the multimeter is within ±10mv, the current sensor can be judged to be good.
A disadvantage in the prior art is that the above test method is tested by manual operation, and an error may occur, resulting in very poor accuracy. Specifically, when the position of the Hall chip is at the position where the magnetic field strength is the strongest in the air gap of the magnetic core, the static output of the current sensor can be roughly reflected, and it is not possible to accurately detect whether the Hall chip is bent. When the position of the Hall chip is not at the position where the magnetic field strength is the strongest in the air gap of the core, the magnetic field on both sides of the Hall chip is unbalanced, so the static output of the current sensor is out of range. Therefore, when the position of the Hall chip is not at the position where the magnetic field strength is the strongest in the air gap of the core, the existing test method is not applicable, and it is impossible to accurately detect whether the Hall chip is bent.

To this end, a first object of the present invention is to provide a current sensor detecting device that generates a test current by a test current generator and applies the test current to a conductor, and the controller receives an output voltage generated by the current sensor to be tested. According to the output voltage, the current sensor is detected, which improves the accuracy and reliability of the detection, makes the detection of the current sensor easier and more intelligent, and effectively reduces the leakage detection of the current sensor defective product.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a method of detecting a current sensor. To achieve the above object, a detecting device for a current sensor according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes: a conductor interposed in a magnetic ring of a current sensor to be tested; and a test current generator for generating a test And applying a test current to the conductor such that the current sensor to be tested senses a magnetic field generated by the test current by the Hall chip to generate an output voltage; and a controller that controls The device is connected to the output end of the current sensor to be tested, and is configured to receive an output voltage generated by the current sensor to be tested, and detect the current sensor to be tested according to the output voltage.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for detecting a current sensor, comprising the steps of: inserting a conductor into a magnetic ring of a current sensor to be tested, and applying a test current generated by the test current generator to the conductor.
