Planar Hall Current Sensor (Triaxis)
The Melexis planar Hall current sensor has a smaller size than a conventional Hall current sensor, eliminating the need for ferromagnets and simple assembly. IMC has high magnetic permeability and low hysteresis, and has higher sensitivity and signal to noise ratio. This product is suitable for detecting currents up to 1000A, and it is necessary to pay attention to reduce crosstalk when using. The main products include MLX91206 and MLX91208, which are widely used in inverter design. Among them, the low-cost MLX91208 is a programmable high-speed current sensor with three-axis magnetic sheet technology, high sensitivity, low temperature drift, and fast response of 3μs.
Linear Hall current sensor
The Melexis linear Hall current sensor features small size and fast response. The main products are MLX90290 and MLX90295. Among them, MLX90290 adopts TSOT, TO92 small package, switch delay is only 40μs, factory programming calibration, with temperature compensation. The MLX90295 is packaged in a slim VC package that is programmable for magnetic field sensitivity, temperature compensation, and quiescent output voltage.

The Melexis integrated Hall current sensor MLX91210 has low power consumption and low heat dissipation. The differential technology is resistant to external field interference and temperature drift compensation.
