The circuit principle is shown in the figure.

The circuit is mainly composed of two integrated circuits IC1 and IC2. The 220V AC power is used by the integrated block IC2 after T step-down, VD1 rectification and C1 filtering. LED1 and LED2 have two functions, one is the working indicator of the power supply of the machine; the other is that it can output a stable DC voltage of about 3.2V for the IC1 of the integrated block.

IC1 is a general-purpose music integrated circuit KD-9300. The music signal output from the output O/P output is amplified by the triode VT, and then C3, RP1, and C4 are applied to the input pin 5 of the rectifier amplifier of IC2 to control the voltage-controlled oscillation frequency of IC2. Therefore, the cycle rate of the lanterns LED-A to LED-C changes in accordance with the strength of the music signal. Adjusting the resistance of RP1 can change the degree to which the music signal controls the change in the cycle rate of the lantern. S2 is a music switch. IC2 is a novel LED ASIC LP167 with integrated rectifier amplifier, voltage controlled oscillator, three-bit ring timing counter divider and three open-drain outputs. The main functions of each pin of LP167 are: 1, 2, 7 pins are 3 open-drain output terminals A, B, C, which are controlled by internal voltage controlled oscillator and ring timing counting distributor, which can alternately appear high level. It can directly drive the LED to flash; the 6-pin is the loop mode control terminal CON; when the 6-pin is floating or connected to the low level, it is the forward timing, that is, the A, B, C output high-level timing is: A→B→C →A→...; When the 6-pin is connected to the high level, it is the reverse timing, that is, the timing of the high level at the A, B, and C terminals is: A→C→B→A→... The 6-pin of this circuit is not connected, so it is the forward timing. After power-on, the LED will cycle in the order of LED-A→LED-B→LED-C......; 4 is the negative end of the power supply, that is, the ground GND; 8 feet It is the positive terminal V+.

In terms of component selection, IC1 is a universal music integrated circuit KD-9300, IC2 is a novel LED integrated circuit LP167. LED1 and LED2 can be used with ordinary red LEDs. If the operation indicator of the aquarium lamp is not required, a 3V regulator diode can be used instead of LED1 and LED2. LED-A~LED-C can use red, green and yellow light-emitting diodes respectively. Note that the leads should be shortened. The connecting wires should be soft double-strand fine wires. Finally, the solder joints should be soldered with epoxy resin. Sealed, so that the luminous tube is not afraid of water infiltration. Inductor L can be used as the primary winding of a small input or output transformer in a transistor radio. T is a 220V/12V, 5VA compact power transformer. There are no special requirements for other components.

In addition, when used, red, green and yellow LEDs can be arranged in the rockery or bottom sand dune of the fish tank according to each person's preference. Adjusting the potentiometer RP2 can change the frequency of the three sets of lanterns cyclically flashing, and adjusting the RP1 The degree to which the loop frequency is controlled by music can be changed. Change the size of R3 to change the brightness of the lantern.
