The FGH30N60LSD, 600V/30A IGBT addresses the need for low conduction losses in low-frequency (50~400Hz) industrial applications such as solar inverters, welding machines and uninterruptible power supplies. The device features a typical saturation voltage of 1.1 V. The IGBT can be combined with the company¡¯s FCH47N60F MOSFET for solar inverter applications.

The product is a MOS-gated high-voltage switching device in TO-247 package that combines the best features of MOSFETs and bipolar transistors. It also integrates a fast-recovery diode (FRD) to help designers reduce component count. The product uses lead-free terminals and meets moisture sensitivity requirements in accordance with the joint IPC/JEDEC standard J-STD-020.
