The MAX4927 is a quad Gigabit-LAN switch that features robust, ¡À15-kV ESD protection and a small 56-pin TQFN package. The IC switches signals from two separate interface transformers and connects them to a single, 1000Base-T Ethernet PHY and includes a switch for LED output signals.

The device operates from 3.0 to 3.6 V over the -40¡ã to 85¡ãC. It has an efficient charge pump supply with low quiescent current and internal flyback capacitors.
