Featuring the popular SPI interface, with single and dual options, the W25X16 and W25X32 serial flash memories provide uniform 4-Kbyte erasable sectors, or earlier-generation 64-Kbyte blocks. The 16- and 32-Mbit chips are housed in space-saving cost-effective 8-pin SOIC packages.

The ICs have single 2.7 to 3.6-V supplies, 5-mA active and 1-µA standby currents, and feature -40 to 85C operation.
