Precision 1-µA amplifier simplifies high-performance designs

Offered as the industry¡¯s lowest-power zero-crossover operational amplifier, the OPA369 achieves rail-to-rail performance without input crossover to solve the common design problem of input offset distortion due to the change in common-mode voltage that is very prominent in low-voltage rail-to-rail applications. Featuring 1-µA quiescent current, an SC70 package, and operation down to 1.8 V, the op amp simplifies high-performance designs in battery-powered portable products.

The single-input-stage architecture delivers an offset voltage of 750 µV over the entire rail-to-rail input range and a CMRR of 100 dB min. Other features include a noise of 120 nV/¡ÌHz, a gain bandwidth of 12 kHz on 1 µA, an input bias current of 50 pA max, a low-voltage offset drift of 1.75 µV/¡ãC max, a PSRR of 94 dB, and an 1/f noise of 3.6 µVp-p (0.1 to 10 Hz). The device is available in an SC70-5 package.
