ISE 9.2i is the latest release of the Integrated Software Environment design tool for Xilinx FPGAs. It features improvements that reduce memory requirements by an average of 27% and provides expanded support for Windows Vista and XP x64, and Red Hat Enterprise WS 5.0.

The software package has advancements in place and route and clock algorithms offering up to a 15% performance advantage in multi-rate DSP designs with a large number of clocks as often found in wireless and video applications.
