Inductance values range from 2.0 to 15 nH, while DCRs range from 0.035 to 0.19 Ω.

At 0.8 GHz, for example, the AQ105-2N2 device achieves a typical Q value of 67. Rated current ranges from 200 to 480 mA in temperatures from 55 to 125C.
