Offered in TSSOP16 or SOIC-16 packages, the DG451 and DG454 series SPST CMOS analog switches have four independently selectable 44-V SPST switches, each with a typical on-resistance of 4 Ω and a typical flatness of 0.2 Ω. The high-voltage devices are fully specified with dual supplies at ¡À5 V and ¡À15 V, and a single supply of 12 V.

The parts provide switching speeds of 80 ns for turn-on and 60 ns for turn-off. All digital inputs have 0.8- and 2.4-V logic thresholds, ensuring low-voltage TTL/CMOS compatibility. The DG454 series requires no a logic voltage pin, while the DG451 offers a power dissipation of 15 µW.
