Offering a reflective ratio of 10%, the NL4864HL11-01B low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) system-on-glass (SOG) LCD module has an image visible in any kind of ambient light. Using integrated peripheral circuitry on the glass substrate, the ¡°value-integrated¡± TFT 3.5-in. VGA display has a pixel density of 200 ppi with a brightness of 200 nits.

The LTPS SOG TFT LCD is also equipped with a touch panel, a timing controller, and a dc/dc converter.
