They integrate a 0.11-Ω current-limit P-channel MOSFET with protection and control features, including thermal shutdown, controlled turn-on, reverse-current blocking, and undervoltage lockout. Additional features include current limits up to 1,500 mA and limiting response time of 5 µs for nominal over current conditions.
