Featuring a noninductive thermal-resistant design, the MHP20S Series TO-126 resistor is rated up to 20 W. Offered in values from 0.01 to 220 Ω, the resistor has a thermal resistance of 5.9°C and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,000 Vdc.
Operating temperature range is –55° to 155°C, absolute tolerances are to ±1% and ±5%, and TCR is to ±50 ppm/°C.
