Housed in a TDFN package, the 8-bit AS1506 nonvolatile digital potentiometer with Hi-EPR EEPROM offers 10-, 50, and 100-kΩ resistance. This 256-tap SPI-interfaced device is ideal for the usage in low power environments, using a maximum of 500 nA during standby and 200 µA max during operation, including the CMOS write current.
