产品概述：
The TEG thin-film thermoelectric generator converts heat directly into electricity. It supports waste heat conversion applications and delivers >3-W/cm2 densities.
The device provides output power levels of >100 mW at ∆T of 70°K and >300 mW at ∆T of 120°K. The modules measure 3.5 x 3.5 mm. It generate electricity via the Seebeck Effect, where electricity is produced from a temperature differential applied across the device.
