The HMC392LC4 GaAs MMIC LNA is rated from 3.5 to 7 GHz, and delivers 16-dB gain, 2.5-dB noise figure, and 30-dBm output IP3. The part is housed in a 4 x 4-mm leadless ceramic SMT package, operates from a 5-V supply voltage and features RF I/Os that are dc blocked and matched to 50 Ω with no external components.
