The SMNZ ultra-high-precision Z-Foil four-resistor network provides low absolute TCRs of ¡À0.05 ppm/¡ãC (0¡ã to 60¡ãC) and ¡À0.2 ppm/¡ãC (55¡ã to 125¡ãC), PCR tracking of 5 ppm at rated power, a tolerance match of 0.01%, and a load-life ratio stability of 0.005%. The device combines four independent Bulk Metal Z-Foil resistors in a single, surface-mount JEDEC MS-012 package with a 50-mil lead pitch.

A large variety of resistance ratios is available. The resistor network can be used independently or as divider pairs. Values range from 100 Ω to 10 kΩ per resistor; power rating of 0.4 W at 70¡ãC; and current noise less than ¨C40 dB.
