The part¡¯s small size suits applications such as testing microwave frequencies¡ªfrom development to production¡ªin portable devices such as cell phones, PDAs, GPSs, and measurement equipment.

Operating frequency is from dc to 6 GHz, insertion loss is 0.1 dB max (to 3 GHz) and 0.2 dB max (3 to 6 GHz), and the part offers up to 100 cycles. Operating temperature range is from 40 to 85C, impedance is 50 Ω, and insulation resistance is 500 MΩ min.
