The LTM4607 targets high-voltage systems, operates from 4.5 to 36 VIN, regulates an output voltage from 0.8 to 24 V, and delivers output power up to 190 W. The LTM4607 integrates a synchronous buck-boost dc/dc controller, four n-channel MOSFETs, input and output bypass capacitors and all compensation circuitry in a 15 x 15 x 2.8-mm land grid array plastic-molded package.

The on-board proprietary MOSFET design achieves up to 92% efficiency in boost mode and up to 97.7% efficiency in buck mode. The converter suits applications such as networking, industrial, automotive systems, and high-power battery-operated devices.
