The 10-bit 150-ksamples/s AS1528/1529 A/D converters offer fully differential and single-ended input, respectively, in an 8-pin TDFN package. The parts consume less than 350 μA at 3 V and 150 ksamples/s.
Features include a dc performance of ±0.275 LSB for INL and DNL, a gain error of ±0.25 LSB, and a THD of –79.5 dB. Both ICs operate from 2.7 to 5.25 V, generate an internal clock, and can also support an external clock for increased flexibility.
