The FDMJ1023PZ and the FDFMJ2P023Z MicroFET power switches target low-power (<30-V) applications such as charging, asynchronous dc/dc, and load switching. These power switches operate with gate voltages as low as 1.5 V and are well suited for cell phones, digital cameras, and games.

Housed in 2 x 1.6-mm SC-75 packaging, the power switches help deliver equivalent thermal and electrical performance as larger SSOT-6 packaging. The devices have an RDS(on) of 160 mΩ at -2.5 V, which is 75% lower than other devices, while the thermal resistance of 89C/W is 66% lower than other solutions.
