产品概述：
The 16-channel AS1542 successive-approximation A/D converter operates at a conversion speed of 1 Msamples/s. The 12-bit part consumes less than 2.4 mA and drops to 0.5 μA in automatic shutdown mode.
Housed in a 28-pin TSSP package, the device operates from a single 2.7 to 5.25-V supply and contains an interface drive voltage function that enables the serial interface to connect directly to either 3- or 5-V processor systems independent of the A/D converter’s supply voltage.
