The FPF218x and FPF219x series of advanced load switches are packaged in a 1 x 1.5 mm wafer-level chip scale package (WL-CSP), making them ideal for space-constrained portable applications. The switches offer the same RDS(ON) performance found in larger standard leaded-package devices.

Part of the IntelliMAX products, the switches offer integrated protection circuitry, including over-current, over temperature and thermal shutdown, as well as current blanking and reverse-current blocking. A power good feature provides a logic source sense signal, and validates the presence of the power supply on the load switch input pin. (
