The CMOS-10HD gate array product has four new devices that cost up to 50% less and have a 35% smaller footprint than previous versions. The two smallest devices offer 6,793 usable ASIC gates (equivalent to 13,586 two-input NAND gates), while two larger chips have 21,118 usable ASIC gates.

All are available in ultra-small quad-flat, no-leads (QFN) packages. The devices operate with 2.5- and 1.8-volt power supplies and have a design and production turnaround time of approximately six weeks.
