The LTC2217 16-bit, 105 Msamples/s A/D converter with 81.2-dBFS SNR and 100-dBc SFDR consumes 1,190 mW, half the power of competing ADCs. The ADC can interface to a variety of digital systems with multiple digital output modes standard LVDS, low power LVDS, straight CMOS, and demultiplexed CMOS.
The single 3.3-V power supply requires less support circuitry than alternative ADCs that require two supplies. Additional features include an easy to use digital output randomizer and an optional internal dither circuit.
