In reference to the article on CDO paper ‘Bedrijven viseren KBC’ that appeared today in the Belgian newspaper De Tijd, Melexis denies that it has filed any complaint against KBC. Melexis regrets not having been consulted to verify this information. Moreover, Melexis reconfirms that until today the invested capital in CDO is still intact and that the portfolio fully generates its interests.
