Samsung unmanned aerial vehicle patent folding arm and sensor circuit diagram highlights
According to foreign media reports, Samsung is committed to providing an unmanned aerial vehicle, and its patent has been published online by the US Patent and Trademark Office. The UAV created by the company's system can be used as a new generation of folding accessories for Samsung Galaxy. The patent clearly states that the UAV has folding arms, special sensors and (at least) cameras, gyroscopes, accelerometers and barometers. Its propulsion device and fuselage size can enhance the flight capability of the UAV.
Samsung UAV with folding arms may be able to be accommodated in the fuselage. Users can use smartphones, tablets or personal computers to operate UAVs wirelessly. Interestingly, the hull structure of the UAV consists of two compartments, which can form a compact device after sliding.
Samsung will also provide other UAV applications (including handles) to control the device. Users can use mobile screens to complete UAV flight control. Samsung also attaches great importance to sensors and focuses on its circuit diagram. Currently, the sensor equipments include gyroscopes, barometers, compasses, ultrasonic sensors, temperature sensors, optical sensors and ultraviolet sensors.
This is Samsung's fifth unmanned aerial vehicle-related technology patent released in 2018, which is of great significance, because since April this year, Samsung has exceeded IBM in the number of patents in the United States, ranking first in the number of patents.
