发布时间:2007-12-13 浏览:3488次
The KAI-04022 image sensor is a low-noise 4-Mpixel Interline Transfer CCD designed to improve image quality in very-low-light scientific applications. It uses a low-noise amplifier that reduces sensor-read noise by 25% compared with that of previous CCDs.
The sensor has a 2,048 x 2,048 array of 7.4-μm pixels, dual outputs that enable readouts up to 15 fps, and a fast line dump to facilitate region-of-interest imaging. It also has the same package and pinout configuration as the KAI-4021 to simplify modification of existing camera designs.
